What a great place to dine. Check the photos out for a look at the atmosphere. Truly well done. The large mural has a number of different famous personalities. If you go, check it out. The food is reasonably priced and well prepared. Our server was quite professional and took good care of us. There is a sports bar in the back if you prefer those vibes. To the right of the entrance is an entrance to a separate restaurant called Randy's. It is a high end steakhouse. To the left of the entrance is Best Buns. A separate bakery. Four different vibes all located in one building.
It was kind of loud, but great times all around. The food was simply excellent and the service was great as well. I felt pampered by the wait staff. He didn't show up to often, but just enough to take proper heat checks. Every single item we ordered on the menu was out of this world. From the ribs, to the pasta, to appetizers. You couldn't go wrong! I'm just wondering what kind of repeated sorcery was done in the kitchen to make such amazing dishes. Great work, great time, great friends, great family! Can't wait to go back!
Ist time here. In the area for a concert. Recommended by hotel employee. Absolutely delicious! Professional and courteous service, Frankie was our server. We ordered the mixed bread bowl starter. Yum! My friend ordered the pasta primavera (no protein), and I had the ribs with sweet potato fries. The ribs were well seasoned and fall off the bone tender. She enjoyed the pasta and we both brought home a to go box. Not a big fan of coleslaw, she loved it, it was just ok to me. Would definitely recommend and return when back in the area.
Patsy’s is my new favorite Great American restaurant! The atmosphere is fabulous—spacious, open, and beautifully decorated with stunning murals. The food was absolutely amazing. The special of the day, rockfish on a cumin tostada with black beans and slaw, was out of this world. I was told the French dip was a must-try, and it did not disappoint—we shared both and couldn’t pick a favorite! The dirty martini was spot on, and the service was exceptional. Our server and the entire staff were attentive, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. I’ll be back very soon!
Had a fantastic 1st time visit during their lunch hour as a walk in. It gets very busy during lunch so a reservation is recommended but not required. Their food was on point and delicious. We had the Louisiana Pasta and their lobster roll dish. It's been a while since i had a casual meal that blew away my expectations for an American food focused restaurant. Service was top notch. I would consider this place a top choice for lunch or dinner in this area.
It's no wonder this company is so successful and has so many restaurants. You just can't do better than this - in all facets - deliciousness, variety, service, atmosphere, etc. This was my first visit to this one. I was greeted by a great hostess staff, and then was lucky enough to get Ryan as my server. Extremely knowledgeable, super personality, and gave great suggestions when asked about the menu. I had the Caesar salad with grilled shrimp on it. It couldn't have been better. Zak, the manager, came to the table to ensure all was well. He also was extremely nice and dedicated to the best customer service. I would eat here again in a minute. They do have gluten free options and are sensitive to celiac sufferers, especially Zak.
Patsy’s American is an absolute gem! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. Every dish we tried — from the lobster roll to the crab cakes to the burgers — was amazing. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Highly recommend if you’re looking for great food and great service!
First time @ Patsy’s. Did not disappoint. Love the mini donut hole rolls. Delicious. Loved the dishes. A lot of options. Another great Great American restaurant.
